We want to let you know that Sterling Shoes LP, parent company of Sterling, Freedman, Shoe Warehouse, Joneve and Gia, is committed to its customers and its future. As part of our dedication to the best in product selection and customer service, we are revitalizing our organization and our operations. This includes adjustments to our retail locations. Many of our stores remain open and operational on a normal basis, but some of our stores are closing. Please visit the location listing in the store locator section for reference on changes to our store locations.

We are hosting exclusive store closing sale events in select stores. On these special offers, sales are final and not available for exchange or return. If you purchased an item from one of our stores prior to store closing sale activity, you may still visit one of the identified store closing locations for an exchange or return on your item until December 23, 2011. After that time, exchanges and returns will only be honoured in stores that are not hosting store closing sale events. If you have an inquiry regarding an exchange or return that could not be handled in-store, please send us an email at contact@sterlingshoes.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please note that in keeping with our standard policy during the holiday season, exchanges and returns will not be processed on December 26 or December 27, 2011.
